Healthy Paleo Strawberry Yogurt Bowl

So easy and healthy! Kids and adults will love this.


Yields 1 serving:


1 1/2  cups plain yogurt (raw, organic, pastured dairy is best, find a local farm here)

1 tablespoon collagen hydrolysate (optional),  I use this brand

2-4 strawberries, sliced

2 tablespoon pecans

1 teaspoon chia seeds (buy it here)

1-2 tablespoon real maple syrup (buy it here)

Cinnamon to your liking  (buy it here)



Put yogurt and collagen hydrolysate in bowl and mix.  Place all other ingredients over yogurt.  Enjoy!
