This simple refreshing drink is loaded with inflammation fighting antioxidants as well as electrolytes our bodies need.
1 1/2 cups watermelon puree (see below)
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 organic lemon, quartered
To make the watermelon puree, simply place 1/4 of a large watermelon in a high-powered blender and blend until purely liquid. Set aside.
Fill a glass with ice, then the coconut water. Pour over the watermelon puree. Squeeze a lemon wedge over the drink then toss in lemon wedge.
Add a straw and enjoy!
